When you book a visit with one of our doctors, we set aside that time just for you. To honor both your time and ours, we ask for a credit card on file when scheduling. Rest assured—it will only be charged if there’s a late cancellation or missed appointment.

We understand things come up. All we ask is that you give us enough notice so we can offer your spot to someone else who may be waiting for care. To cancel or reschedule, please call us at last 48 hours before your appointment at 858.305.3655. Phone messages, emails, or calls after 5 PM on Thursdays and through the weekend, or on the eve of a major holiday with an office closure, do not count as part of the 48-hour notice.

If you’re new to our clinic, we kindly ask that you give us at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. For our returning patients, we ask for at least 24 hours’ notice.

This helps us offer that time to someone else who may be waiting for care.
Because our time together is important, late cancellations or missed appointments are subject to a fee of 50% of the visit cost. Thank you for your understanding and for helping us serve everyone well.

For procedure appointments—such as injectables, PRP microneedling, PRP hair rejuvenation, and Prolotherapy treatments—we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

If you miss your appointment or cancel late, a $100 fee will apply. The good news? If you choose to reschedule, that fee will be applied toward your next visit. Thank you for your thoughtfulness and for helping us make the best use of our time and care.
