About Us
At Sapphire Healing, we believe that healing is not just about treating symptoms—it’s about restoring balance, vitality, and connection to your whole self. Founded by Dr. Sruti Lam-Fletcher, our clinic was created as a sanctuary for those seeking personalized, natural care in a supportive and nurturing environment.
We take time to truly listen, understand your story, and guide you with gentle, effective therapies that honor both modern science and the body’s innate wisdom. Whether you’re navigating chronic concerns or simply looking to feel more aligned and energized, we’re here to walk with you on your path to lasting wellness.

How We Started
Dr. Sruti Lam-Fletcher earned her medical degree in India and later received her Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from Bastyr University San of Diego. She is a Functional Medicine Certified Practitioner and has dedicated her career to integrating her medical training with naturopathic and functional medicine principles. Before founding Sapphire Healing Center, she practiced in a collaborative group setting where she also had the opportunity to mentor and train medical residents. She met her husband and best friend along this journey, and together they discovered a shared passion for healing, a deep curiosity for uncovering root causes, and a commitment to living what they teach.
Today, her passion is caring for women, children, and families through every stage of life, from gut health and pediatric wellness to hormonal transitions, postpartum recovery, perimenopause, menopause, and healthy aging.
Through the Sapphire GEMS Journey™, we bring together naturopathic medicine, functional medicine, advanced diagnostics, nutrition, restorative therapies, and innovative treatments to support the whole person.
At Sapphire Healing Center, we believe your health story matters. You are not just a symptom, a diagnosis, or a lab result.
You are a whole person, and your healing journey deserves to be understood.

Why we do what we do
Our Healing Approach
"Serve because you want to, not because you have to—it should come from the heart”. With this intent, we pursue medicine—both conventional and naturopathic. We firmly believe that the moment the body is injured or imbalanced, the healing process begins immediately—nature mobilizes its own powerful forces to restore health and wholeness. Our purpose is to enable and empower your body to heal in the most effective way.
The Team

Dr. Sruti Lam-Fletcher
Naturopathic Doctor, Owner, and Medical Director
Founder of Sapphire Healing Center
The Doctor I Needed Became the Doctor I Wanted to Be
My journey into naturopathic and functional medicine began with my own search for healing.
After experiencing my own health challenges with ulcerative colitis, I understood firsthand what it feels like to have symptoms, unanswered questions, and a desire to understand why your body is struggling, not just how to manage a diagnosis. That experience changed the way I viewed healthcare and inspired me to pursue a deeper approach to healing.
I discovered the power of a more personalized approach, one that looks beyond symptoms and considers the whole person: digestion, hormones, nutrition, lifestyle, stress, and the unique story behind each person’s health.
I founded Sapphire Healing Center to create the kind of healthcare experience I once searched for: a place where patients feel heard, understood, and supported. A place where we take the time to listen, uncover the root causes of imbalance, and create individualized plans that help people truly heal.

Dr. Yuridia Garcia
Naturopathic Doctor
From a young age, I knew I wanted to become a doctor. Growing up, organizations like Flying Doctors provided me with access to care and inspired my desire to one day give back. While volunteering in rural communities in Panama and the Dominican Republic, a physician encouraged me to look beyond medications and consider other ways to support patients. That experience made me reflect on how I had always envisioned practicing medicine and led me to discover naturopathic medicine. When I learned its principles, I immediately felt they aligned with the kind of doctor I had always wanted to be—one who works alongside patients, treats the whole person, and empowers them to take an active role in their health.
I believe healing begins when you feel heard, understood, and supported.
I’m grateful to be part of Sapphire Healing Center, where we can support patients in feeling heard, empowered, and cared for as a whole person. It allows me to practice medicine in a way that aligns with why I chose naturopathic medicine in the first place.
Dr. Yuridia Garcia earned her Doctorate of Naturopathic Medicine from Bastyr University, San Diego and is licensed in California. She is certified in IV therapy and Craniosacral Therapy (CST), and is bilingual in English and Spanish.
Today, Dr. Garcia loves helping patients feel better while empowering them to understand and participate in their own health. She is especially passionate about women’s health and supporting women through every stage of life, including menstrual health, PMS, hormonal balance, preconception, and the many transitions that come with each stage of life.
