I was one of them.
I was on the path to becoming a conventional medical doctor when life took an unexpected turn—I was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis. As I faced the challenges of an autoimmune disease, I began searching for ways to heal beyond what traditional medicine offered. That journey led me to naturopathic medicine, and it completely transformed my life.
Through natural healing, I regained my health and discovered my true passion: helping others who struggle with chronic digestive and abdominal disorders. Now, as a naturopathic medicine expert, I dedicate my work to empowering individuals with the tools and knowledge they need to reclaim their health—just as I did.

Sapphire Healing Center is a cash-based practice, allowing us to provide longer appointments, personalized care, and treatment plans tailored to your individual needs without insurance limitations. We gladly accept HSA and FSA cards for eligible services. If requested, we can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Please note that reimbursement is determined by your individual insurance plan, and we cannot guarantee coverage or payment.

Your journey starts with a 20-minute Clarity Call to discuss your health concerns and determine the best path forward. From there, we move into a Comprehensive Health Assessment (75–90 minutes), where we dive into your health history, symptoms, lifestyle, and goals, and recommend advanced testing if needed to uncover the root cause of your concerns.
